How do I return a product?


Our returns process is simple and free of charge, just use the returns note inside your parcel and follow the steps below:
  • You can return any unused items within 30 days of receipt by post. If the item you are returning was washed and worn and not in original packaging, then we CANNOT give a refund.

  • You'll find a label on your returns note in your parcel, note that this is not pre-paid. Please fill-up the return note and place it inside the parcel with the items you are returning. We cannot initiate a refund without this.

  • Please repack your items in something non see-through, sealable and waterproof packaging. Once done, send the return items through your local post office.

  • Send us an email which includes your order details such as name, address, order number and the last 4 digits of your phone number for confirmation.You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

Can I return my item to a store?

All items purchased online must be returned following the instruction above. We can not accept returns back through our stores.

Can I exchange an item?

We are sorry but we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.

I've lost my returns note / label

We can send you a new one by email. You must return the item/s together with the returns note to avoid any problems processing your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will usually be processed in as little as 5 to 7 days, from you dropping your parcel off, + your banks handling time.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
